Message Songs

The Eugene Peterson Center for Christian Imagination partnered with The Porter’s Gate and the Peterson family to set portions of The Message to music. Fully funded through a Kickstarter Campaign in early 2023, a total of 363 people financially supported the project.

Later that year, Winn Collier met with a group of musicians on a farm outside Charlottesville, Virginia, who studied The Message, then wrote and recorded songs for a new album – Message Songs – inspired by the translation.
